Had two of these and they both leaked horribly and ruined my baseboards. Triple checked everything, definitely not user error. Didn’t turn them over or even move them once the oil was secured in the plug in. Unfortunate because the scent was lovely.

I purchased several of these for gifts. One of them stopped working. I reached out and immediately received a replacement. This is so rare these days. I appreciate good Companies and Urthy earned my trust and respect. Well done.

Loved my Ehree plug in, i was looking for something modern that does not look like a regular plug in. The Ehree plug in was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Matches my decor and works exactly like it’s supposed to.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this plug made me sad and I wanted to caution others. I really wanted to like it because of the pretty 'wood' pattern, which unfortunately is not real wood, but a just a pattern over plastic :( Aside from that, I bought 4 of these plugs and a variety of scents. I wasn't really in love with any of the scents but looked passed that b/c they look nice from a distance and blend well with my decor. I've had them for a few months now and all of them leak the oil, at first I hoped the bulb was just loose, but I tightened and they all still leak, one of which leaked on to my painted baseboards and made the paint bubble. Such a bummer b/c I really wanted these to work for me. Unfortunately, look elsewhere for quality.
